As a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Solution Architect I generally work on one larger project as part of a team of 4 to 12 members while also supporting several smaller project teams as needed. I enjoy keeping up with the latest platform capabilities from Microsoft and the community, and I work to discuss and share relevant topics with our team and our customers.

In a larger project I often fill a lead position on overall architecture and solution design.  Since we work in scrum teams the whole team is responsible for dev work so, along with developing features, I focus on coaching and supporting team members to ensure each of us understands what we’re doing and why ensuring everyone contributes and learns as we go.

While overseeing smaller projects, I typically join in customer meetings to support the overall effort, I’m often pulled into design and solutioning sessions, and I otherwise act as a resource for our functional and technical consultants to help ensure quality for our customers.
