Encorp Pacific / Return-it

Encorp Pacific, more commonly known as the owner of British Columbia’s ‘Return-it’ brand, manages recycling throughout the Province. Encorp established and supports over 200 depots and Express locations to accept beverage containers, paper, plastics, appliances, and electronics. Its original mandate and core function is the return of 80 percent of beverage containers sold in BC, and the subsequent collection and transportation for remanufacturing into new containers.

Encorp selected ITK as well as the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform toolsets in its digital transformation to create modern applications for beverage producers to register new products from brand owners; license and monitor recycling depots; manage transporters responsible for container collection; as well as facilitate modern contact and case management to establish and promote lifelong relationships with container manufacturers, transporters, depot owners, and consumers.

ITK delivered a broad-based CRM that includes functions to support depot management, including a portal for operators, as well as assessment and accreditation tools to maintain high service delivery standards for depot owners and operators. Other project deliverables included document management and workflow automation, along with system integration and comprehensive reporting.
